Roland S750 - issue with HxC Screen and not loading OS

Hi,
I have an untimely issue where the OS wouldn't load from the HxC.
After several attempts of powering up the S750 it end up working.
Meanwhile this screen appear.
What do you think it could be ? Corrupted file ?
Some of my samples seems to have disappeared as well.
Very strange.

Is it a new issue ? Have you installed this gotek recently ?

Is this S750 power supply fine ? (please check the +5V voltage)
