Does anyone have info on the Radio Shack TRS-80 RS-232 Program Pak that is wired to a JL Cooper MIDI interface?
I've tried HFE files from EMXP.net and HxC2001. Also tried making my own files with the HxCFloppyEmulator v2.5.6.6
All lights on the Emulator I stay lit except for Swap, Sample and Sequencer A/B at power up.
The Lotharek is connected directly via a tested and untwisted floppy F34 cable.
Tried booting with DIP switches set to ID3 on. Also tried and ID1 on.
Tried config files with interfacemode using Emu Shugart and Generic Shugart.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I have not been able to get my Emulator I to boot from the Lotharek MAX SD Floppy Emulator v1.8.2.40 Emulator I JL Cooper & TRS-80 Pak

Re: Emulator I JL Cooper & TRS-80 Pak
Thanks Harold! I did finally get everything up and running a few months ago. I also found some info on the TRS-80 Pak but don't have a way to see what was programed on my Pak. Maybe some sequences? Who knows!
Re: Emulator I JL Cooper & TRS-80 Pak
Hi Again,
Glad you got it working. What does the TRS-80 pack do?
Also, i see a switch on the JL Cooper Interface? Mine has no switch, but rather the E1 has a switch at the back to allow for the MIDI interface to be used.
I've started an Emulator 1 group over on FB with the aim of collecting and sharing documentation and info on these rare machines. We are also archiving and collecting the sound libraries, etc. Quite a few members have collected resources that are impossible to find online. Would be great to have you join the group! its called: E-mu Emulator 1
Regards!

Re: Emulator I JL Cooper & TRS-80 Pak
Hello and apologies for the long delay in response!
My E1 also has a switch on the back. I'm assuming the switch on the JL Cooper interface switched between the TRS-80 pack and MIDI.
I'm not on FaceBook. I'll have to check in with a friend who is and see what you have going on there.
Thanks again
