I'm trying to import an image from a Kryoflux sampled CP/M (ZCP3) 3.5" high density 1760K floppy using Tilmann Reh's specs. These specs are:
Code: Select all
Nr. Name Siz Trk SecGr Sec Dense SMod Hd0 Hd1 Psk Iv Ms TT Skw Bls Dir Off
=============================================================================================
45 REH 3.5" HD 3" 80 1024 11 HD Sec 0 1 1 - - - 2 4 256 0
When I try to load the kryoflux .img file (using skew = 2, interleave =2), it converts the file to .hfe, and the "track analyzer" view of the data looks reasonably legitimate - i.e. I can see the first sector with the format block, and the directory sectors look reasonable, however, I get a read error on my CPU280. It won't read the mounted .hfe file.
If I convert other 1440K CP/M .img files, they work as-is perfectly well, so I know the CPU280 is happy to read images from the HxC2001.
Is there something about the format that might not be supported? I'm hoping to use a few of this format due to the more convenient larger size, and that I have a few disks in this format.
Thanks!
Shawn
