Amstrad CPC floppy drive support?

Hi Jeff,

I was wondering could the HxC Floppy Drive Emulator also work with the Amstrad/Schneider CPC computer please?

Yes, the hardware part of the floppy drive emulator should work with these computers.
The DSK disk image format will be supported if i found an Amstrad/Schneider CPC computer somewhere

Hy, in Germany the Amstrad CPC-Scene is looking forward to such a good project, which can help us streching the lifetime of our CPC.
If there is support of the DSK Format many guys are interested in this board and will buy one or some

Hi,
Tolkin is absolutely right, we need such a project for our cpc, because it doesn't exist something else for the cpc!
Jeff, if you could realise this project for our cpc's, this would be a great step forward in the cpc-scene.

I would buy one immediately!

Yes, DSK and EDSK should be ok, but i need to test it on a true CPC 6128. (i have no cpc...)

On the other post I said to give you a CPC. Do you need a CPC floppy drive? I have some floppy drives but untested.

That's why I want to give you a CPC for free!

Most of them not has CPC floppy, but I have 3-4 spare (and untested) CPC floppy drives.

Do you want to get the hardware? Say me by email. I can send you other machines like ZX Spectrum +2 too.

Well, I tried it some time ago at the Infoticaires meeting, but it failed as I didn't bring the right version...
I'm gonna give it another try in about one month, at VieuMikro convention, so I'll keep you informed about it (a CPC should be available at this meeting, for this purpose).
