Using Kryoflux device as a 5"1/4 floppy drive?

I am bringing an inverse problem: I have an old Thomson TO16 with a 5"1/4 floppy disc drive and I want to restore some softwares I had on 5"1/4 disquettes that suffered damages. I have found these softwares in specific sites. They are in the .img format and now I want to burn new 5"1/4 disquettes with these images. As I have a Kryoflux card able to write data on disquettes, I could do this operation but I need to convert the .img files into the corresponding Kryoflux stream file set. I was told that HxC2001 might have the software to make this conversion. Somebody could confirm this point and tell me where I can find it? Thank you very much! Denis
