LBA change error

Post by repairlab »

Hi guys,

I finally managed to flash my gotek (had to set my dongle serial port from 12 to 2 to detect the STM32) and after updating it using the file in the "On_Screen_Display_Firmware" folder to make the small OLED screen work and copying the Amiga files it boots with error:

"LBA Change Test Failed, Write Issue?"

Please advise.

br,
george

apparently the retroninja external floppy adapter seems to cause some conflict.. if I place the gotek internally it works..

other issue it that the USB stick is not detected when powering on - I have to re-insert it.

I think i have fixed the issue. Since the issue was in the bootloader, flash it again (using the email or the serial method).

hi Jeff,

so you mean you fixed some bug?

I did flash it again today using serialbridge and then updated it blindly to get OLED output but the USB is still not detected on power on.

see video here:

This may be an power supply issue, but please wait 10 seconds before removing the stick, the emulator try to reset the usb stick every 4 or 5 seconds with this version.
