EMAX II Blank HFE

Hi,

Does anyone have a Blank HFE for EMAX II. ?

I've been saving smaller files to the supplied OS disk found in the EMAXII folder of the supplied "Quick Install Images". However if I want to save a larger file it produces an error at track 60.

So I'm thinking the OS is causing a problem and want to try writing the full 80 tracks on a genuine empty blank image.

No worries, solved by overwriting existing HFE with no OS.

No worries, solved by overwriting existing HFE with no OS.

Turned out this was random and problem was not solved. I believe the issue was due to a long IDC Ribbon. Often, due to the Gotek being slightly smaller than a regular floppy, it can mean the original ribbon doesn't reach. In future I'll try to keep any extension as short as possible.
