Hello,
I use HXC for Gotek in my Amiga 500.
Now the Amiga has been in the box for a few years, and after turning it on, Gotek doesn't report, I can't even update the HXC.
I can ask someone for help.
See photo.
Thank you for the advice.

Gotek Amiga 500 - does not respond
Re: Gotek Amiga 500 - does not respond
What can you read on the gotek screen without any usb stick connected ?
Re: Gotek Amiga 500 - does not respond
Nothing, it still behaves the same, from USB or without it.
Still the same condition.
It does not respond even when I am going to program (update via USB), both buttons are pressed.

Re: Gotek Amiga 500 - does not respond
This doesn't seems to be an HxC Gotek. When do you have programmed it ?
Re: Gotek Amiga 500 - does not respond
I'm not sure if it's HXC firmware, I bought this goth a long time ago.
I assumed it would be HXC firmware.
Would overflashing the firmware help?
But I don't have flash pins on the gothic, could I use the USB cable method? (USB-A <> USB-A)

yes USB-A <> USB-A method is supported.
Re: Gotek Amiga 500 - does not respond
Thanks for the information.
I try to follow the instructions.
But this step is not clear to me.
Copy the EXCHANGE.BIN and the last HxC firmware version (HxCFEUSB_V3_X_X_Xa.UPD…) files to the root of an empty usb stick. (formatted in FAT32)
Where can I get the EXCHANGE.BIN file?
Alternatively, where did you get the flash file?
Isn't there a video on how to proceed with this operation?
