Rotary do not work

Hello, I modified a GOTEK with OLED and Rotary. Firmware is V.3.8.1.a. The pushbotton is o.k. but the rotary switch don't work.
With a FlashFloppy IMAGE work the rotary.

Then please use the latest 4.x.x.x firmware available in the "WIP_firmware" folder.
