In fact, i don't understand what are you doing. From my point of view it seems that you have "cloned" the project without motion that you have based your works on the HxC Floppy Emulator, according to this thread on amiga.org forum and video/pictures on commodore.gen.tr :

And copyright statement should not be removed, whatever the status of the project.
