After Updating the Firmware to HXCFE_V1_8_6_11a.
I am UNABLE to recreate a Faulty DMK Disk ?? (sys error)
None of the Hardware has changed, Sd Card the Same, Model 1 the Same Etc ---> .
Mac and Pc the Same.
I am at a loss as to what's changed Perhaps the firmware has fixed the concern.
interesting. this is possible since this firmware improve some I/O timings.
Just to confirm you can retry the old one :

Hi Jeff
I changed the Firmware to HXCFE_V1_8_2_40.upd OK
I am confused.
I used the Original Faulty file LM180DMK_DMK.HFE That I sent you, in the HxC and it performed Perfectly.?
I hope I have not wasted your time ?
I then got the ORIGINAL file LM180DMK.DMK and converted it again to LM180DMK_DMK.HFE.
and this tested OK ?
I have tested Other Single Density Double Sided .DMK images 40 and 80 Track and these are all OK.

Hi Jeff
I have not given up (Yet)
The DMK Problem ?
As i have done some 40 years at electronic Diagnostic and Maintenance
I have come up with the ONLY Variable that I can see in this concern.
The File HXCSDFE.CFG is dynamically modified to reflect the current setup.
If i was using an " OLD " HXCSDFE.CFG and changed the xxxxx.hfe files on the SD card
is it possible there is an ERROR passed on to the HXC SD FW Floppy Drive Emulator.
Which created the "Sys Error" that i encountered ?
The last series of tests i did all contained a NEW HXCSDFE.CFG for each test.

Hi jeff
It is working.
I was trying to find the cause of the previous error
and the HXCSDFE.CFG file is the only thing that has varied..

Hi Jeff
I had Not enabled the Drive B (Switch), I only had Drive A enabled.
I have tried more DMK's and all worked ??.
Sorry if I have wasted your time, I don't know what caused the problem, It may have been a faulty HXCSDFE.CFG file.
Thanks again
