Hi lotharek,

First thank you for making this board for us !
I understand it's a huge task.

I have a request for the next batch (black edition).
Would it be possible to have the center LED to be of a different color ?
It will be be easier to monitor disk access.
For me, best would be : RED/GREEN/RED.

I have already placed an order :)

Thanks.

The two boards I received have all 3 red leds.
No orange, no green.

Is it a mistake or is it only for the next new boards ?

by the way, lotharek, do these SD CARD Floppy Emulators have any compatibility/incompatibility issue? Is there such a compat. list? For example, will that run Prince of Persia perfectly, if i will try to play with my Amiga 500? Any delaying/sync. errors?

Regards.

i`m back home :-)

14 hours of driving from Paris

Tommorow pictures of small meeting - me and Jeff ;-)

***********************************************************

in my last auction i put statement - 6 weeks delivery. Also, everyone knows about shipping list form my website - it is well known fact

I come home after whole day trip form France and what i see :

ONE GUY MAKES PAYPAL CLAIM saying :

"Sorry but the item was bought 1 month ago and you gave no news of any kind. I know you have plenty of orders to manage, but 1 month is 1 month. Please give an answer about how many time is still required before shipping."

I`m fed up . Really. there is no f...ing chance to satisfy everyone
anyway, SUCH A CLAIM IS FOR ME VERY DISSAPOINTING ! I`m NOT A THIEF ar whatever ! Please, contatc me first ! We will work out solution to every problem !

some facts :

- guy made a bid at 9 may
- paid few minutes later
- makes a claim to PAYPAL writting above today,

meanwhile , his sd emul was sent 2 weeks before term (1st june)

Jeff, Please, translate first line of auction to French, PLEASE !!!

ps. WANTED !

"HardCore" or "HardCore Punk"

OR...

HxC = Hexadecimal 0xC = Decimal 12

So do I win a SD Floppy Emulator? :)

Hi Lotharek,

It is sad that people "can't" read and/or are so impatience. I think the e-bay auctions were clear enough that it is made on order and that it is not instant delivery.
I think people should understand that the creation and production of the HxC floppy emulator is a hobby project and that you and Jeff spend lots of your own time in bringing this into production to keep "retro computers" alive.
You are not a commercial company and people can't expect the same reaction time from you as from a real company.
(B.T.W. Real companies can be much slower, if you order a sofa, it can take more than two months before it arrives)

But I think your "time to deliver" is very fast for these kind of things. I've bought many items in the past where delivery took months after pre-order and payment. The 1541U-II took 5-6 months to arrive and I believe people had to wait for about two years before their Pandora arrived.

Lotharek and Jeff are doing a great job. Lotharek for soldering hundreds of boards and Jeff for the design and constant firmware/software updates and great support.
Many thanks to both of you.

Robert

I'm fully agree with Robert.

Hope you will not make generality about French users ;-)

About ebay, other thing, I was unable to let a great not and comment because the limit time was past... I'm really sorry about that !
