Already implemented, but you may need to press the button more than 2 seconds. Will add these parameters in the custom firmware page too.

In older firmware versions if I hide the cfg file it recognized it. In new version it only recognze cfg file if it is not hidden. I use a cfg file with a name as abcdef.ghi and diskete files as ABCD0000.EFG, I don't know if this make any difference.

Yes you are right. I will publish a new version in ~10 hours supporting hidden files for cfg file (and others fixed file name/paths).
