Btw can you try this ? : switch off the Amiga, keep the Amiga in reset, switch on the Amiga, wait ~5 seconds, remove the gotek reset strap.
Is the screen working in this case ?

Yes/No

Amiga off - Hold Reset on Gotek - Switch on Amiga - in less than 5 sec let go of reset

The OLED is working but the Gotek makes sounds from buzzer like its updating for a few seconds (maybe 15 seconds) and then it works as normal.

Interesting. If you reduce the reset time (~1 second) is the oled screen still working ?

Ok, I set the setting on the OLED to 750ms and then Exit

Then Amiga off

Hold Reset on the Gotek
Switch on Amiga while keep holding Reset (Gotek)
Give about 3 seconds and let go
OLED on
ADF boots up normal

Ok fine. :) But i don't like at all the patch to make it work. I recommend you to use the other oled screen.
I have to get one of these "diymore" screen to figure out what is the source of this issue...

I think there is a bug

It sometimes says NO USB FOUND and then Reading FAT and again NO USB

Then I tried remove USB and insert again and there is garbage on the OLED and it is making sounds like trying to update

I switched off Amiga and trying again now. So far its working again

Yes. Take care with the power supply connector on the gotek : if not connected correctly you can get such "funny" behaviour...
This device and the usb stick are sensitive to any power supply voltage variation made by a bad contact or something else.

OLED Init Delay has to be set to 3s and it works

Out of the box no oled display unless I set the init delay
