Hi guys.
My fried has an Amstrad and the GoTek floppy-drive emulator, with one and only HxC firmware.
He doesn't use English language, so I'd have several questions on his behalf.
1) How to prepare a memory-stick / flashdrive? Is there any special way?
2) Is there a browser for Amstrad (similar / the same, as it is for Amiga and Atari ST)?
3) How should he put the jumpers to make the GoTek/HxC his main drive in the Amstrad?
4) Can You post some direct URLs / links to the required files? (configs? browser? others?)
Kind regards,
Yerz
Amstrad and GoTek with HxC firmware on-board?
Re: Amstrad and GoTek with HxC firmware on-board?
Hi,
1.USB Stick should be FAT32 formatted autoboot and hxcsdfe.cfg files for the computer you plan to use should be present on the root of the stick.
2.Yes, download from this section: https://hxc2001.com/download/floppy_driv ... index.html
3. Only one jumper is needed and should be set as DS0 for internal use
4. see download section, is all there
