How to connect X-Mem and Gotek to Amstrad CPC 464 ?

Post by Foul » Fri Jun 17, 2016 11:28 am

hi !

I own a Gotek floppy drive for my Amiga 500 and want to update the Firmware to HxC format.i know i must pay 10€, so it's not the problem
i recently bought a X-MEM MX4 Board connected directly to my Amstrad 464 the question is : how to connect both X-MEM and Gotek ???

Is there a simple way to connect them to a MotherX4 Main Board for exemple ?
I need some help !

ps: is there a linux version of the HxC Floppy Emulator somewhere ?

The 464 doesn't have any FDC, isn't it ?

yes: as any good linux user, checkout the repository, and build it yourself ;)

Necro post...

I installed the X-MEM internally to leave the edge connector free:
