How do i run games that span many disks?

Hi guys, i got my Floppy drive emulator and it works just fine i am very happy with it.
What i am wondering tho is how do i run games that span several disks? I have the HxC plugged into an atari 1040STE. Thanks in advance.

you can convert all floppies of the game and put them on the sdcard.
While running the game you can change the floppy disk selection with buttons.
