The problem is related to the SF354. The DS1 signal is not connected to the HE10 34 connector on the SF354. DS1 signal go to the daisy chain output connector.
Your SF354 is the "Station A". You need to connect the drive "Drive Select B" wire to the wire n°12 of the floppy ribbon and set the ID0-A and ID1-B switch/jumper.
