Hi,
I'm trying to boot NetBSD 1.6.2 on Atari TT with HxC Mini.
The kernel boots fine but when ask to load miniroot floppy on md1a it throws this error:
Floppy error: recalibrate error
The miniroot floppy comes from:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD- ... root.fs.gz
I uncompress it then rename to .img and convert through HxCFloppyEmulator.exe.
Interestingly when I supply another floppy disk (eg the boot one or some other atari floppy) it loads correctly (but then fails to recognize contents). So I'm fairly certain this is a floppy conversion error rather than anything else.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried the .st extension instead of .img ?tenox wrote:Hi,
