Hi All,
do you have any ideas how to install USB Floppy Emulator inside ST?
I'm trying to do that but the mounting holes have a different spacing than distance sleeves. Also USB port is locked by the metal shield

Did you ever figure it out?
Re: USB Floppy Emulator inside ST
a floppy cable is really stiff and I don't want to break it by twisting it. Therefore would be cool to have a floppy drive connector mounted in a opposite way.
Actually, it is not a big issue that it is mounted upside down. I can put a higher distance sleeves and USB port will not be locked.
But my main issue is that mounting holes do not fit to ST's floppy distance sleeves (marked red). Now floppy drive emulator isn't stable enough due to it's fastened with only two screws.
