Floppy Emulator Manager not working

Hey guys,

This is my first post, and I'd like to say that I'm so happy with my Floppy Drive Emulator. I've been playing the old classic and discovering new ones... I've quit playing my Xbox for a while now :p

I've downloaded The FE Manager and I've installed both files on my SDCard (HXCSDFE.CDG and AUTOBOOT.HFE) on the root directory and when I turn on the Amiga 500, I've got the blue screen with the credits but it freezes. There are no files that I can select either. I've installed the AUTOBOOT.HFE for the DF0 drive and I've tried for the DF1 just in case...

I'd love to fix this problem because my Amiga cable that connects the Floppy Emulator is very short and the device is turned upside down (it's the cased version...). I know, I can get a longer cable but if this program exists, I'd love to use it.

Please, do not forget in cased version jumpers are upside down.

well, we can't see very clearly on this picture. I've been loading games with no problem so I think the jumpers are ok... It only freezes on this program :/

No, not true. You can use the "motor on" line. By this way some program may works, other no...

I really need to see your setting, and unfortunately i see nothing on this picture...

Hi!

I'm using HxC as a internal drive for my Amiga 600, and it works perfectly. (Last firmware and last version of manager, one floppy as df0)

But, when I've tried the software manager, I get different results...

In kickstart 3.1 shows an error saying it can't access the drive... (I have an ACA630 installed)
But changing back to kickstart 1.3 it works ok. (But can't make the HELP key to work, and I don't know how operate ;P).

Can anyone post a help screen capture?
