Excellent !!! :D
Thanks for your feedback this is very important !

So your are the very first person to test it (the version 1.3.0.0 didn't worked for the 23K256 ;-) )

For the moment the write routines are very slow and can be improved a lot (in fact many thing must be changed). Actually only a small part of this sram are used.

So actually fast disk copier like XCopy didn't works, but this will improved later.

Anyway Create/Write/delete/move files under Workbench are working well. (tested on A500 and A600)

:D

Yes yes i swear

I'm posting from my phone and trying to upload the video...

My card is a lexar 8gb normal...

Edit!!!: Works if you copy VERIFING!
Don't work if you copy without veryfing.

In my video is working because i wrote veryfing the first time i tried, and the second without veryfing was on the d same disk...
But veryfing, seems it's a little slow and works :)

the videos:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2lHKQJgeeQ
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOk4WCQDHx4

not much quality but it's enough i think...

And I've tested 3 times, and yes, I can copy veryfing, without, it's not working (/using XCOPY PRO).
In workbench works perfectly :)

THANKS!

It's working for you too ?

To everyone: There are a SO8 version available of the sram. This make the modification almost invisible ;-)

The HxC Floppy Emulator project is a project in constant evolution. There are new features, new computers supported, new file format supported at each firmware/software release.

So the only website to trust about this project is this one :

https://hxc2001.com/floppy_drive_emulator/

Others may contains bullshit, outdated informations or miss informations...

Yes the write support in now supported if you add a little chip to the actual board. The next batchs will contain this add-on.

Jeff

EDIT : Where did you see that this is not supported ?
