SD Slim and KS 2.0 and 3.1

Hi guys,
i own an Slim Floppy Emulator, last firmware. I can only use it with a rom1.3 Amiga, if i try with a system (also the same Amiga) but with the rom2.0 or 3.1 the floppy (software) won't load.
There is a different floppy loader for each rom version?
The only Amiga setup working is: A500 rom1.3.
If i replace (exactrly the same hardware) the rom with the 2.0, won't work. And it not works also with an A600 2.0 and A1200 3.1.

Somethings not right. I have a slim and I use it with a A600 with a quad boot rom. My Slim works with any rom.

It seems like, when you try to run a floppy who can only work with rom1.3 and you are using an higher KS.
The boot stars and than stops.

Ususally WB1.3 floppies can be read on any rom, WB2.0 and higher floppies cannot be read with KS1.3.
