Special floppy emulator

Post by tdziGer »

Hallo. I need some special floppy emulator for embroidery machine. Old type of floppy drive is 3,5" TEAC FD-235F, 720KB, 2DD, PC compatible (link: http://www.teac.com/data_storage/floppy ... py_drives/). SD Floppy Emulator fit to me. Following format is used: IBM system 34 format.
Could you upgrade software and firmware leave only parameters for this data type. If you need some more information ask me. With best regards, Serhii.

This should already works without problem with the HxC Floppy Emulator.

Why do you want to modify the firmware ?

1. It will be easier for people who work on the equipment
2. Cheaper for production? (cheaper processor).

P.S. more information in the letter redirected from Lotharek.

This is not a firmware problem but a software problem.
You can easily make some batch script to easily convert/copy floppy images.

cheaper processor?
Unfortunately you will gain almost nothing for lot of works... Max gain expected : 0.88$
