 Post subject: Japanese PCs : One HxC, or two ?

Many Japanese computers have two internal 5.25" drives.

And unfortunately the two drives are connected to the mother board with two separate cables.

I guess two HxC are needed.
But just in case I prefer to ask if there would be a possibility to connect only one HxC to emulate both drives.

one drive should be enough. you just need to get a signal from the other connector with a wire. I need the pc88 schematic to confirm this.

I may have difficulties to find the schematic.
Would a picture of the mother board be enough ?

If not, I guess I'll have to send you a PC-88 again :wink:
