Convert DOS files back from HxC to Windows PC?

Hello,
thats my first post.

My SD Floppy Emulator REV F arrived today.

I need it for my older CNC router.

In the machine it works perfect from the start.

Normal I can write and read Floppy disks between the router an the XP PC.


So I convert some files from my Windows XP PC to the SD card with the HxC Floppy emulator Software to a .hfe file on the SD card.

But i can´t read the files on the CNC router.

Then i create an empty Disk with the HxC Floppy emulator Software.
Put the SD Card in the CNC router, format the Disk, an write some files from the router to SD card without problems.

After I put the SD card back to my Windows XP PC an try to convert it back so that i can read it with the PC but it does not work.

What did I do wrong?

yes.

With this programm I can read the hfe files.
