How to transfer (PC readable data) to the HxC

Hello,

As I'm not yet familiar with this site or the device, I't possible that I'm asking the obvious.
So I appologise in advance and ask humbly for your patience and understanding.
My problem?
I have a PC without Floppy drive. And an Atari without Network capabilities.
So on my PC I have programs (Eiffel KB interface driver) that I need on the Atari.
How can I transfer these files to the SD-card and use them in the HxC?
