Hello, I'm testing my new HXC SD FLoppy emulator. Congratulations, it's a cool device.
My CPC 6128 had never seen so much software !
I don't know why the HXC board only works with my Amiga 4000 PSU. If I connect an AT psu, or I get the +5v from my CPC monitor, the device works, I can browse the SD with the HXC buttons but when type |b in cpc, I see this error:
Floppy missing, retry or cancel?
OK, perhaps my CPC monitor gives only 2A for the CPC and it's not enough for the HXC , but I don't understand why don't work with the AT psu.
What kind of psu's are you using ?
Thank you
HXC and PSUs
Re: HXC and PSUs
This is probably not a psu problem.cpcspain wrote:Hello, I'm testing my new HXC SD FLoppy emulator. Congratulations, it's a cool device.

Did you follow the user manual to connect the Floppy Emulator to your CPC ? :
