Difficulty with registration for buying firmware

Post by zipstak »

I wasn't able to find this topic listed and I thought maybe others were having problems so I started this thread.
I thought I had followed the directions for filling in the form (that's in French) at https://paiementsecurise.info/go.php?cl ... interface=.
Imade sure I filled out all theitems with astericks and confirmed my password, but when I clicked on 'Continue' there was no response or feedback.
I didn't receive a confirmation email and when I entered my email/password in the right-hand box, a pop-up said it didn't recognize me.
Please tell me what I'm doing wrong, Jeff or anyone....I need to buy the firmware for 3 machines.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Jeff. It worked! I also noticed I had the first line as "A company" and no organization name --I'm an individual.
Question: I'm upgrading the floppys with Gotek units on a Ensoniq EPS 16+ rack, a Kawai K5000R, and a Roland XP-60. Do I need to pay for 3 firmware instances or do I just use the one I just purchased for all three?
Thanks in advance.
