SD FB Floppy Drive Emulator (BLACK CASE) doesn't fit in 3.5'

Since I've seen this recently, I have to add that the housing of my SD FB Floppy Drive Emulator - BLACK CASES Rev F does NOT fit in my 3.5'' case, as well!!
I've measured a real floppy drive which fits and it is 10.1cm. My SD FB Floppy Drive Emulator - BLACK CASE Rev F is actually 10.27cm and there is not a way to put it in.
I bought the cased emulator only to be able to intall it inside the case!

I've read that Lotharek sent a replacement with perfect fit before and I need it too please.
How can that be arranged?

First : When and Where did you bought your emulator and into which system are you trying to use it ?

I bought it directly from http://lotharek.pl in 18 March 2014, via PayPal (Transaction ID: 6UX35879Y8671134V).
I'm using it with a Spectrum and Plus D interface very successfully.
I have a Dual 3.5'' Floppy case but the SD FB Floppy Drive Emulator (BLACK CASE) doesn't fit in because of its width...

Thank you very much Jeff! It is a pity having the emulator bare and out of the case... Up to now I had to copy a vast number of disks and I was concentrated to this job. But now I would like to make my setup pretty as well, by removing one floppy drive from the dual case and putting the cased emulator inside, together with the other floppy drive. That was my original thought and that's why I bought the cased emulator...
