SD FB Floppy Drive Emulator (BLACK CASE) is too wide to fit

Just got my SD FB Floppy Drive Emulator - BLACK CASE in the mail. However the housing is 1/16" too wide to fit in a 3.5" bay opening. Have tried it in several PC cases and no go. Specs say it should be 102mm, I measured a real 3.5" drive at 101.48mm. The Floppy Emulator I received is 103.48mm.

Anyone else ran into this problem? Great product but can't be used in my PC or Sampler (Roland S-50).

I have just measured 102mm on some Rev F devices i got here.

There is probably a problem with your Rev F casing. Lotharek will contact you.
