SD C - HXC Floppy Emulator Rev C adding led to a case

Hello to all, I'm thinking of purchasing a SD HXC Floppy Emulator Rev C, I would like to put the HXC in a enclosure case but would first like to know if it's possible and how to go about adding three leds (power, Floppy access and SDcard access leds)to a enclose case, effectively either adding a circuit or bypassing the original leds.. would anyone know what type and voltage of leds to use.
