TEAC FD-235HF-C700 with TEAC FC-1 SCSI Adapter

Post by rsissues »

I've got an old piece of equipment at work, that uses a TEAC FD-235HF-C700 floppy drive, it makes use of a SCSI adapter TEAC FC-1. I'd like to replace the older floppy drive with the Gotek USB Emulator, but I've been unable to to get it to communicate through the adapter. Has anyone worked through this type of issue? Any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated.

Ideally yes, I tried awhile ago to install the firmware, but was getting a comm error on the Serial Bridge. I was transmitting, but not receiving, and Status showed "No response from device!" I had put this project aside for a bit, but am ready to try again.
