According to your picture you have not imported the raw file correctly.
To read your kryoflux dump, drag and drop one of the kf .raw files on the main window. The importation processing time can be long, be patient...

If by large tracks you mean written by a 40 track drive then yes this is my assumption.
I tried all those but the results don't look any different.
The controller is pure TTL so probably will not correspond with any of the profiles you have currently implemented but hopefully is close.
Presumably you want the odd and evens before the double-stepping is applied?
