Kurzweil K2500r

Post by Dustie »

Hello there,

I've had my engineer install a Rev F black into my Kurzweil K2500r.

Following instructions, I've formatted the SD card in ms dos, placed the hxcsdfe.cfg file on the card and created a 1.44 meg disk image.

I am thus now able to read my newly created image on the sampler... However, when trying to format the image I'm given a 'disk is write protected' message.

Any pointers on what I may have missed?

i'm really sorry for the late reply

just had my engineer round... it appears the jumpers were set incorrectly, the 1st three are now on and the rest are off. the drive works flawlessly.

thank you for your assistance
