Hi everybody,
I wonder if someone has succeeding in making it work for any of the the General Music S-series synths, in order to replace the original floppy (1.6MB disks) unit.
@ Rob Ocelot I see you were trying to do it years ago.
Did you get it finally?
cheers
Anyone had success on the GEM S2 / S3 series?

Hi Jeff,
I solved the problem. I had the HxC configuration set to a specific bitrate, probably from when I was testing it with an SQ-80 a year or two ago. Setting the bitrate to 'from HFE file' fixed it. Jumper settings didn't seem to matter.
Thanks for your help and I'll update the forum post with the new information.
Regards,
Rob.

After long search i found the (Bug ) PIN34 in the setting menu have to be "HIGH" or "nDiskChange 1" or. ...?
Press middle button without SD-card inserted.
Setting Menu
< Interface CFG >
< Custom >
< Pin 34 setting >
<nDiskChange 1 >
Maybe there is a parameter in the ***.hfe file too?
