EFA is a Giebler format (like EFE and EDA)

If this is a classic raw file then you use the hxc software to load it (load raw file function)
efa seems to be supported by epsdisk. So you have just to change *.efe to *.efa in the "convert_efe_to_hfe.bat" script file.
