"disk data corrupted" when saving large instruments

Post by haesslich »

hi!
when i try to safe a relatively large instrument (2100 blocks), on a freshly formatted disk image, i get a "disk data corrupted" error. i took the "disk_000.hfe" image from the floppy disk images zip file. which is, as i see, an image with a sound i created years ago. probably it's the image i sent jeff for debugging when i got my hxc drive ;-)
how can that be? was my original disk already corrupted? is it of use to try one of the other image files?

edit: no luck with two of the os disk images either. :-/

Please update your firmware with the one present in your email box, format the disk image with the EPS (now possible with this new firmware) & try to save something and send me back the image.
