A Kit Set for self assembling or plain PCB + programmed PIC would be nice, because i need to put the LCD, the buttons and perhaps the SD-Port on other places and i dont want to disassemble half of the board.

Additional idea: Perhaps different LCD-colors? would be a nice "customization" :)

I will also be interested in a possibility to deport the screen and maybe buttons, that's right !

Ok, I see... So the LCD ribbon can easily be replaced ?

edit; I think it's a pin header and a connector... sorry to haven't look closely ;-)

What about the buttons? They are SMD and not easy to desolder, same for the SD connector.

For the butttons, leave it on the pcb. you can add buttons without remove original buttons.

i don't recommend to add wire to connect the sdcard to the emulator cause of signal integrity problems. If you want really do this, you can solder wire on some Via (leave the original connector in place).
